What is the CCgoodshop Return Policy?


After your order has been placed, you have 12 hours to contact our customer service team at support@ccgoodshop.com and request order modifications. We will do our best to attempt order modification within this time frame. Please note modification is not guaranteed, we will do our best to stop your order, nevertheless in some situations the order goes through to our factory sooner, which does not enable us to halt the production process.


We are doing our best to ensure product quality and order accuracy. By the way, it may happen that you receive a damaged item, poor-quality printing or incorrect product. Thankfully it is rather unusual! But, if it is the case, we guarantee a 100% satisfaction to all of our customers by offering a free replacement order or a refund on the affected items.


If your item has not arrived within 45 days since ordered,Please contact our support team for a free replacement order or a full refund of your purchase. Please note this policy excludes errors made by customers when providing incorrect shipping details on their order(s) and/or missed parcel deliveries.

Since your product is custom printed just for you, We can not process the returns for the dissatisfied reason. We will replace defective items or an incorrect order simply by receiving a photograph showing the specific problem with the product and by including the order number.

Package Returned To Sender - Correct Address

If a package is returned to sender by the shipping courier, CCgoodshop will reship the package to your customer for free after an address verification is complete by the Customer. All returned to sender orders will be destroyed by the courier or CCgoodshop will be charged for another custom tax, duties and another shipping fee once we confirm to ship it back to our production facility.

Package Returned To Sender - Missed Delivery Attempts

All missed delivery attempt orders that got returned to Sender who received notification from CCgoodshop or from the carrier to contact them for a delivery arrangement will only be compensated with 50% Refund Credit.
